When a client fills out a questionnaire, they occasionally press “I’m finished” by accident:
When this happens, Osmosis allows you to re-open the questionnaire on their behalf.
To do this, navigate to the questionnaires page and select ‘Completed’ to view the completed questionnaire list:
Select the appropriate questionnaire from the list and click ‘Answers’:
In the upper right, there is a button to re-open the questionnaire:
You can click ‘Reopen’ and tell your client to refresh the questionnaire in their browser.
