Using Freshbooks with Osmosis

To enable integration with Freshbooks, go to the Osmosis settings page:

Click integrations, and you will be taken to the integrations page. Click ‘Connect your FreshBooks account.’

You will be prompted for your Freshbooks URL, e.g. https://osmosis.freshbooks.com/.

You will be directed to FreshBooks to grant Osmosis access:

After allowing access, you will be directed back to Osmosis, which will copy your contacts in the background:

Osmosis allows you to create proposals which list fees, which look like this:

Once a client accepts one of these proposals, Osmosis will automatically create an invoice for you in Freshbooks. If the client contact information exists in Freshbooks, the invoice will be linked to that, otherwise, the client’s contact details will also be copied.
