What is your preferred style for negotiating, or would you like to discuss that beforehand (for example, adversarial, problem-solving, etc.)?
Describe all factual and legal arguments that support your side of the negotiation.
Describe all relevant information that you believe will help the negotiation.
Describe all information that you prefer to refrain from disclosing during the negotiation.
What do you think is your opponent's preferred style of negotiating?
Describe any legal or factual information you know of that the other party might use in their negotiations.
